1. What we own

The software that runs OwnersLand, its design, the OwnersLand name and logo, the icon set, the category structure and original editorial text are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by copyright and database right. © 2026 OwnersLand. All rights reserved.

2. What members own

Listing text, photographs and profile material stay the property of the member who posted them. By posting, a member grants us the licence described in section 4 of the Terms & Conditions and confirms that they have the right to grant it.

3. What you may do

• Browse the site and view listings.
• Print or share a single listing in order to buy, let or sell that property, or to discuss it with the person offering it.
• Quote a short extract of our editorial text with attribution and a link back to the original page.

4. What you may not do

• Scrape, bulk-download or mirror listings, photographs or member data.
• Reproduce our design, category structure or layout on another service.
• Reuse a member's photographs on another platform or in your own advertising.
• Remove copyright marks, watermarks or attribution from anything on the site.

5. Database right

The arrangement and indexing of the listings on this site is protected as a database. Extracting a substantial part of it, whether in one pass or repeatedly, needs our written permission.

6. Reporting infringement

If you believe something published here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and include what is protected, where it appears, the rights you hold, your postal address and a statement that you are the rights holder or act for one. We remove material as soon as a claim is credible, and we tell the member who posted it.

7. Trade marks of others

Estate names, development brands and supplier names shown in listings belong to their owners and appear only to describe the property on offer. Their presence does not mean that the owner endorses us or advertises with us.
